We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible but please note items will ship at varying times dependent on whether they are products held in stock or made to order. On occasion, lead times may be extended due to volume of orders or holidays. For products that are made to order, we will inform you individually of the current lead times, in the item details.

 

Estimated Delivery Times for Stocked Goods:
United Kingdom: 3-5 days
Rest of the world: 10-14 days

We aim to deliver all goods that are in stock within 3-5 days from the order date, and 10-14 days for international shipments; if you need the items sooner than this please drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate this for you.

We use DPD Local in the UK and UPS Internationally. All orders will receive a tracking number which you can follow via the DPD Local or UPS portal.

Delivery costs will be calculated at check out, based on the products' weight and destination.

Orders shipping internationally exclude local customs and duties, and customers will be held liable for customs or duties charges.

Customers will be held liable for any other charges that may occur. This includes orders returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or unpaid customs or duties fees. Any costs associated with this will be the responsibility of the customer.
